Admin

The Admin Department performs all duties/tasks related to administration. The department is responsible for overall smooth functions of overall hospital including contracts enforcement, assigning duties, assisting Medical Superintendents. The Admin Department ensures that services which are outsourced in the hospital are working as per their contract. In case of any violation from contract, they also impose penality to that outsource service.
